From a single repair to a full punch list, Handy Sammy offers several ways to get projects off your list. Some common jobs have a fixed price, variable work is billed hourly, and larger or more complicated projects are quoted individually.

Repairs, installations, maintenance & more.
Some home repairs and installations don't fit neatly into a fixed price. These projects are billed at $85/hour, with a $125 minimum service charge per visit. Materials additional when required.

4. Projects Requiring a Quote
Some projects need a closer look.
Some projects are simply better priced as a complete job. However, larger repairs, projects requiring significant materials, or work where the full scope isn't clear until it's evaluated may require a project quote before work begins.

Materials & Customer-Supplied Products
Have the materials already? No problem.
Handy Sammy is happy to install customer-supplied products and materials when they're appropriate for the project. When Handy Sammy supplies job-specific materials, material costs are added to the service price. If customer-supplied products are incorrect, incomplete, defective, or require additional work or a supply run, the additional time is billed at the standard labor rate.
